INleadership
powered by the Ready for Female Leadership Foundation
The Ready For Female Leadership Foundation was established in 2021, operating since December 2023 as INleadership.
The INleadership Foundation is a self-sustaining, volunteer based catalyst for promoting gender INclusive leadership qualities within organizations and society at large, to create a sustainable and equal future for all.
Our first step was to publish a book, ‘Ready for Female Leadership: The Future is NOW’, in January 2022. A group of 28 very diverse co-authors each contributed an essay, linked to one or more of 7 pillars and INclusive leadership qualities we feel are needed to achieve gender balanced leadership.
INleadership uses the pay-it-forward model. You may have heard of the ‘buy one coffee, give one coffee’. When a company/organization hires INleadership for our Signature Masterclass, they are, in essence, ‘paying it forward’: for each paid masterclass, INleadership will provide a masterclass to an organization that would benefit from this but which cannot afford to pay for it. This can be an organization chosen in consultation with the client or by INleadership.
The foundation’s work includes organising events, workshops, individual coaching and all related activities. We want to call attention to the importance of gender inclusive leadership qualities and gender balance, in every corner of the world.
Many of the book’s authors are willing and experienced in presenting on topics related to their essays.
Profits from the foundation’s work are donated to charities facilitating gender inclusive leadership education for youth.
The Foundation Team
Our Foundation Team is comprised of 10 of our 28 co-authors of our book ‘Ready for Female Leadership: The Future is NOW’
All of the team members serve the foundation as volunteers in their roles of steering, planning and marketing.

This book is truly an inspiration for my 2 daughters who are now young ladies. Margarita writes in a way that is both insightful and pragmatic. A must for reading and your bookshelf! William W.
I like the fact that the book has so many contributors. It makes it easy to read and challenges conventional thinking. The book is also focussed on learning shows an intersectional approach. Amazon customer
